SheTrack (also named FemCare or 优思女) is provided by Duan Chenyang. This policy describes the app’s current data handling. No SheTrack account is required.
The app stores the information you choose to record, including pill-pack dates and settings, taken or missed-pill records and times, bleeding, mood, symptoms, intimacy counts, and notes, in its Apple-managed app database. These records are not sent to the developer’s product-analytics service.
Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit functionality may synchronize app records between your devices when available through your Apple account and device settings. This is different from product analytics. The developer does not provide a health-record account or a developer-hosted health-record database. Apple handles its services under its own terms and privacy practices.
If you enable Apple Health integration and grant permission, the app reads or writes the supported health records through HealthKit. You can manage those permissions in Apple’s Health and Settings apps. Apple Watch and widgets use app data to show your status and record actions. Your health records are not included in analytics events.
The app sends limited product-interaction events to a developer-operated analytics service hosted on Cloudflare. This helps us understand onboarding, feature discovery, permission flows, paywall presentation, and purchase or restore outcomes, and improve reliability and the product experience.
Events can include:
The analytics client does not send your health records, pill or medication names, cycle dates, bleeding, symptoms, mood, intimacy records, notes, free-form text, name, email, account identifier, advertising identifier, or persistent device/user identifier. It does not use analytics events to create advertising profiles or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Network providers necessarily process connection information to deliver requests. The analytics application does not store request IP addresses or User-Agent strings in its event database. Cloudflare provides the hosting and network infrastructure.
Unsent events may be queued on your device, with a limit of 500 events. Failed reporting does not prevent you from using the app. The analytics backend is configured to clean up raw events older than 30 days on a scheduled basis; anonymous daily aggregates may be retained longer. The current app does not provide a separate in-app analytics switch. Uninstalling the app stops future reporting from that installation.
Apple processes in-app purchases and subscriptions. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to unlock purchased features and restore purchases. The developer’s analytics service receives categorical purchase-flow outcomes, not your payment-card details, Apple ID, or a copy of your StoreKit transaction identifier.
Notifications are used for reminders. Face ID or Touch ID can protect access to the app; the app receives the authentication result, not your biometric template. Motion information used for the interactive pill-board effect is processed on the device and is not sent as a motion recording to analytics.
PDF reports are generated from your records on the device. You choose whether and where to share them through the system share sheet. A recipient you choose will handle the shared copy under its own practices.
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your message, email address, and any diagnostic or device/app details included in your message. Do not send health records unless you intend to share them with support.
Removing the app removes its local app data through the normal system process, but may not remove copies in iCloud, Apple Health, backups, other devices, or files you exported or shared. Manage those copies through the relevant Apple service or recipient. Because analytics has no persistent user identity, we cannot identify an individual’s anonymous event history from an email address or Apple ID.
We use the platform’s storage and permission mechanisms and HTTPS for analytics requests. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed absolutely secure. We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, and will update the effective date when the published policy changes.
SheTrack provides reminders and record keeping. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your medication instructions or a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
