Terms of Service for SignalMap

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SignalMap (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional “Pro” features through in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • The lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.
  • Prices are shown in the App in your local currency and may vary by region.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple under the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent purchase mechanisms, or using it in violation of applicable law.

5. Disclaimer

SignalMap estimates Wi‑Fi coverage from the connection quality (latency, jitter, packet loss) between your device and your router. These are estimates for reference only and are not a precise measurement of signal strength, nor a substitute for a professional wireless site survey. Floor plans generated via LiDAR/ARKit are approximate.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
